These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you (“participant”) and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., with respect to your registration, use of, and access to Champions League (hereafter referred to as “the program”). Your participation in the Program is subject in all respects to these Terms & Conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling in Champions League or accessing or using www.hychampionsleague.com (the “Site”). By participating in Champions League at www.hychampionsleague.com, you agree to abide by this agreement, which may be updated from time to time. This agreement governs your rights and responsibilities in connection with Champions League, the website, its content, or goods and services offered, made available, or provided on or through Champions League.

In order to proceed on the Site, Champions League, Creative Group and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. must process the personal information of the participants. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND THAT, IF YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON BEHALF OF ANY BUSINESS (SUCH AS A CORPORATION, PARTNERSHIP, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY OR OTHER ORGANIZATION) OR OTHER ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO DO SO.

Our dedication is to you, our participants. We value the trust you place in Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and one of our top priorities is to ensure that your experience with CHAMPIONS LEAGUE is safe and private.

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and its agencies and assigns do not sell, rent, or loan any personal information about its customers to any outside party at any time. All personal information provided by participants to Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is held in the strictest confidence and is used solely to administer the program and improve our service. Information collected may be shared with Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc.’s partners.

 

PROGRAM

 

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE is an incentive program which rewards loyalty to the Hyster and Yale brands. Participants in the Champions League program is voluntary. You may opt out at any time by contacting Program Headquarters.

  • Rewards are issued in points based on eligible sales that are retail booked between January 1 and December 31 of the current calendar year. Reward points are not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash and are only redeemable for rewards offered via the program website.

  • Redemption of merchandise will be limited to 3 million points. Points earned toward the Champions League Standings will not be limited.

  • All points must be redeemed by January 31 of the following calendar year. For 2026, that date is January 31, 2027. All points not redeemed will expire at 11:59pm EST on January 31, 2027.

  • The catalog will be closed for a holiday shutdown from 5pm EST, December 23, 2025 through 8am EST, January 2, 2026.

  • Points may not be supplemented with cash or credit card in an effort to obtain higher valued awards.

  • Eligible products and rewards will be determined by Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. reserves the right to alter and/or change eligible products and associated reward value at any time during the program period.

  • The reward incentive is paid based on meeting the criteria outlined by Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. for each specific Champions League program. Failure to meet all criteria will result in denial of award.

  • Champions League is an “audited” program meaning all awards and products are reviewed for eligibility. There may be a delay between the time of the rewarded behavior (sales/service/etc.) occurs and the award points are credited.

  • The eligible products may change at any time, without notice. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. reserves the right to add eligible products, subtract eligible products, and raise or lower the award assigned to each product or activity.

  • To receive credit for the Major Account Sales, the Sales Rep must submit a completed template (all fields are required for eligibility) to the Major Account Submissions Contact. It is the Sales Rep's responsibility to submit the form within 60 days of the date of sale to be eligible for points. (Example: a Major Account sale on March 1 would not be awarded points if submitted after May 1).

  • Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms of this offering or to discontinue this program at any time for any reason.

  • Participants will not be able to redeem points until W-9 requirements are met. In the United States, each participant is responsible for all Federal, state or local taxes. If you live in the United States you may receive an IRS 1099 form and/or additional information that may be required of you to meet tax obligations. Participants in other countries will also be responsible for any tax obligations as mandated by their government.

  • Champions League is void where prohibited by Federal, state or local laws or, company policy. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. will not be held liable if the Program is in violation of specific company policies or local country laws.

  • Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of your Program account. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone whose actions are inconsistent with the intent of the program.

  • Only people employed by an authorized Hyster® and/or Yale® dealer will be able to redeem points or qualify for the Champions League. Participants can have only one active account within the Champions League program and must activate their account on or before November 30 of the current calendar year to redeem points. For 2026 that is Monday, November 30, 2026.

  • Upon leaving the employment or engagement of services with Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. for any reason, your account on Champions League will be deactivated and any remaining points will be forfeited on your last day with the company.

  • If you leave your current dealership, all points for Champions League will be immediately forfeited. Your points do not transfer if you leave your dealership and move to another. There are no exceptions.

  • There is no cash or point value for the Champions League. The Champions League is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for an alternative award.

By participating in the Program, you release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., its partners, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any loss, damage or expense, including, but not limited to, property damage or damage to persons, including, without limitation, death and injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or arising out of your participation in this Program, participation in any Program related activity, your use of the Site, or the receipt, acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any product/service/travel reward. This includes any action whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence and gross negligence), in equity (including fiduciary duty), regulatory enforcement or otherwise. By participating in the Program, each Participant represents and warrants to the Released Parties that the Participant is legally entitled to participate in the Program and that such participation does not violate any law or regulation governing the conduct of the Participant.

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PROGRAM AND THE SITE IS TO STOP PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND STOP USING THE SITE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF HYSTER-YALE MATERIALS HANDLING, INC., ITS PARTNERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE WILL BE THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO HYSTER-YALE MATERIALS HANDLING, INC. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM AND TO ACCESS AND USE THE SITE. IF YOU LIVE IN A JURISDICTION WHOSE LAWS PREVENT YOU FROM TAKING FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HYSTER-YALE MATERIALS HANDLING, INC.’S AND ITS PARTNERS’ LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE LAW OF THAT JURISDICTION.

 

AWARD REDEMPTION

 

  • All rewards are subject to availability. Certain restrictions apply to rewards.

  • By receipt of any reward, Participant accepts his/her reward with no further obligation from Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc.

  • All product rewards are subject to product availability. Participant will be notified if the item ordered is not available and if and when it will become available. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. In most cases, Products/Merchandise will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of placing their order. Some items may require a longer delivery period. Product/Merchandise cannot be delivered to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. boxes.

  • If offered, All Gift card and eGift Card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or defective items must be returned according to the Product/Merchandise Return Policy of the Program. Returned Products/merchandise must be in their original packaging and include batteries, cables, remote controls, etc. Product/Merchandise rewards may not be returned or exchanged unless proven to be damaged or defective. Damaged or defective Product/Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Participant returning a Product/Merchandise must advise customer service of his/her intent so that a return authorization number can be assigned to Participant’s shipment.

  • All rewards shown are covered by the original manufacturer’s product warranty. No other warranties are provided or implied. Participants shall be required to retain packing slips to confirm receipt for insurance purposes and to ensure that all warranty registrations received with your rewards are completed and returned to the manufacturer and that the manufacturer’s recommended warranty procedures are adhered to. Other documents received with the merchandise should be retained for future reference. Defective merchandise or merchandise damaged in shipping will be exchanged. Merchandise must be packed in its original box and accompanied by all original packing slips.

  • Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc., its partners, and participating merchants will not be responsible for any costs associated with fixing/replacing/installing/activating/upgrading any product rewards delivered to a Program Participant.

 

REVISIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time for any reason, and we may provide you notice of these changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of the Terms and Conditions on the Site. By accessing, browsing or using the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions, you accept such changes. You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only in a manner consistent with any and all applicable rules, laws and regulations. Any use of the Site in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions is deemed unauthorized access and may subject the user to civil or criminal penalties. We strongly recommend that you periodically visit this page of the Site to review these Terms and Conditions.

 

USE SITE FROM MOBILE DEVICES

Where Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, warrant, administrative order, civil investigative demand, subpoena, or other valid process, Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners may disclose IP addresses, personal information, and any contents of the Site where it is legally compelled to do so.

 

SPECIAL ADMONITIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL USE

 

This Site and the Program are hosted in the United States and Canada. We provide the Site for use only by persons located in the United States and Canada. We make no claims that the Site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States or Canada. Access to the Site may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Site or participate in the Program from outside the United States or Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

 

AVAILABILITY AND FEATURES

 

Availability and features of the products or services featured on the Site are subject to change without notice. To keep the Site operating smoothly, we perform regular maintenance on the equipment and systems involved in the operation of the Site. From time to time, we may shut down the Site temporarily for repairs or upgrades.

 

TERMINATION

 

You acknowledge and agree that Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners may terminate your access to use of the Site and participation in the Program for any reason, including, without limitation, your violation of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners may terminate your access to and use of the Site and participation in the Program without prior notice and without any liability to you or any third party. You acknowledge and agree that Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability to you. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners may also, from time to time, establish general rules and policies regarding use of the Site or the Program. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. or its partners will post such rules and policies on the Site, and you agree that your compliance with such rules and policies shall be a condition of your use or continued use of the Site and participation in the Program. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination of your right to access and use the Site shall survive (including, but not limited to, all limitations on liability, releases, indemnification obligations, disclaimers of warranties, and intellectual property protections and licenses). Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. and its partners reserve the right to, but have no obligation to, store or keep copies of any Site Content, or other information, unless otherwise required by law or court order.

 

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

These Terms and Conditions and the transactions they contemplate, including without limitation their interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A. without reference to conflict or choice of law provisions, as applicable to contracts made and performed entirely within such State. The International Convention on the Sale of Goods, and other international treaties that are not mandatory with respect to contracts made and performed entirely in Wisconsin, shall not apply. The exclusive forum for the resolution of any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be the state and federal courts in the Eastern District of Wisconsin, U.S.A., and you agree to personal jurisdiction of such courts over you with regard to any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions and agree to service of process on you by e-mail to the address you have submitted on the Site, if any, and by any other means permitted by law.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

You may not assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall have no legal meaning or effect. No action arising under this Agreement may be brought at any time more than twelve (12) months after the facts occurred upon which the cause of action arose. These Terms and Conditions, and not the conduct between us or any trade practice, shall control the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions between the parties respecting the Site. Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc.’s failure to enforce a particular provision of these Terms and Conditions does not mean that Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. waives the right to enforce it in the future; Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. shall waive such a right only in writing.

These Terms and Conditions and all other written agreements duly executed between you and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. in connection with your use of the Site and the Program constitute the entire agreement between you and Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior or contemporaneous proposals, discussions, communications, or oral agreements heretofore made.
